Thank you for your interest in VoxaCraft, our virtual assistant applications, and our mobile/web platforms (the “Application”) provided by VoxaCraft (“VoxaCraft,” “us,” “our,” or “we”). At VoxaCraft, we connect people and businesses with dedicated virtual assistants, streamlining workflows and enabling productivity.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Services, including the Application, related websites, platforms, and tools (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other referenced policies.

1. Use of Our Services
We provide a platform where businesses and individuals (“Clients”) can connect with independent virtual assistants (“Assistants”) sourced through third-party service providers (“Contracted Companies”). VoxaCraft does not employ these Assistants directly and is not responsible for their individual performance. Our role is to provide the communication platform, subscription management, and support services.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.

3. Accounts
When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and current information. You are solely responsible for maintaining your account security.

4. Payment & Billing
We offer subscription-based services. No deposit is required. All plans begin with a 7-day free trial. After the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the end of the trial. Billing is monthly, based on the selected plan. Payment methods include credit/debit card and ACH transfers.

5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel at any time by notifying us at least 10 calendar days before your next billing date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

6. Assistant Relationship
Assistants are not employees of VoxaCraft. You agree not to hire, solicit, or engage directly with any Assistant introduced by VoxaCraft during your engagement and for 3 years after termination of your subscription.

7. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

8. Liability Limitations
We provide the Services “as is” and disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
